PALL MALL HOUSE, ROSEDALE
Originally constructed in 1937, Pall Mall is an extremely rare Rosedale house.The front elevation is composed in the late Georgian fashion using Classical elements to achieve a distinctly English style. The interiors are modern and chic befitting the 30's 'Modern' period. Important components such as the Grand Staircase and the Limestone Fireplace have been painstakingly restored to their original glory.
